Med spa

The med spa CRM that turns consults into bookings.

Med spa marketing produces consults. Revenue comes from the ones that book, rebook, and buy the package. Plyto follows up on every consult, brings back clients between treatment cycles, and tells you which campaign paid for itself.

Who this is for

Injectables and aesthetics

Treatment cycles that should repeat on a schedule, and usually only repeat when somebody remembers to ask.

Laser and body contouring

High-ticket packages where one closed consult covers a month of ad spend.

Membership programs

Recurring revenue that quietly lapses without a reminder anybody has time to send.

Multi-location spas

Several locations from one login, each with its own campaigns, offers, and numbers.

The consult is not the sale, and nobody follows up

The ads work well enough to fill the consult calendar. Then a good percentage of those consults leave saying they will think about it, and nothing happens next, because following up with forty people individually is a job nobody on the front desk has time for. The same gap sits between treatment cycles: a client who should be back in twelve weeks comes back in twenty-six, or not at all, and the marketing budget goes to finding a replacement for someone you already had.

Every consult followed up

Someone who booked a consult and did not commit gets a sequence you wrote and approved: a check-in, an answer to the objection you hear most, and a task for you if they still go quiet.

Treatment cycles that come back around

Build the reminder once and each client hears from you at the right interval for their treatment, in your voice, with a booking link. You approve the wording; the timing runs itself.

Campaigns and creative, drafted for you

Ask for a campaign for a specific treatment and the agent writes the copy and produces the creative for your review. Nothing goes live and nothing spends until you confirm it.

Revenue per campaign, not likes

The click stays attached to the client through consult and purchase, so you can see which campaign produced package revenue instead of which one produced engagement.

A month of consults

An example run, using the product as shipped:

  1. 1

A campaign for one treatment goes live after you approve the copy, creative, and daily cap.

  2. 2

Consult requests become contacts with the campaign attached, each getting an immediate reply and a booking link.

  3. 3

You ask which consults happened but did not book. The agent lists them and drafts a follow-up for your approval.

  4. 4

At month end you see revenue per campaign, and the agent proposes where next month's budget should go.

Questions, answered plainly

Is Plyto HIPAA compliant? Will you sign a BAA?

Plyto is not a HIPAA-covered system and we do not sign business associate agreements. Keep clinical records, chart notes, and anything else that counts as protected health information in the practice software built to hold it. Plyto sits in front of that: how someone found you, what you sent them, whether they booked, and what the marketing cost. If you would not put it on a postcard, it does not belong in a marketing CRM.

Does it replace my booking or charting software?

No. Appointments, consent forms, treatment notes, and payments stay where they are. Plyto handles marketing, lead capture, consult follow-up, reactivation, and reporting.

What about ad platform rules on health and beauty?

Meta and Google both restrict how health and personal attributes can be used in ad targeting and copy, and those rules change. The agent drafts within the guidance it has and you review everything before it goes live, but you are the advertiser and the approval is yours. Nothing launches on its own.
