Plyto is an AI-assisted CRM and marketing platform: contacts, deals, email, automations, ad campaign management, website hosting, and related tools. The AI agent drafts and executes work at your direction; actions that spend money or contact your customers in bulk require your explicit approval in the product.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for the content you publish or send through Plyto. No spam: email sent through Plyto must comply with applicable law (e.g. CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL) and honor unsubscribes. No unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content. We may suspend accounts that put deliverability or other customers at risk.
The agent works from your data and instructions, but AI output can be wrong. Review anything that matters (especially ad copy, legal or financial statements, and bulk messages) before approving it. You are responsible for what you approve and publish.
Paid plans bill monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from Settings → Billing; access continues to the end of the paid period. Plan limits (contacts, emails, automations) are enforced in-product.
Ad budgets you approve are paid by you directly to the ad platform (e.g. Meta) on your connected account; they are separate from your Plyto subscription. Hard budget caps are enforced, but you remain responsible for spend on your ad accounts.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid Plyto in the twelve months before the claim.
You can export your data and close your account at any time. We may update these terms with notice; continued use after changes means acceptance. Governing law: Delaware, USA.
