Create a per-business API key in Settings → API keys, point your client at https://plyto.ai/api/mcp, and your agent has the full toolset.
No, that's optional. Plyto has a built-in agent that runs everything out of the box. Bringing your own AI over MCP is for people who'd rather use the assistant they already pay for. Either way, you get the same CRM.
The platform (the CRM, contacts, automations, forms, email, and hosting) on the same monthly plan as everyone else. Our AI credits are only for Plyto's built-in agent, so if you bring your own AI you simply don't buy them.
No. Money-spending, bulk sends, publishing, and deletes are blocked over MCP and require an explicit human confirmation in the Plyto app. Ad campaigns also carry hard budget caps the agent can't raise.
